Open Access

CTU is the nodal agency for grant of non-discriminatory open access to ISTS through grant of Connectivity & GNA. For grant of Open Access, applications are received through National Single Window System portal (www.nsws.gov.in) which is a Government of India initiative towards ease of doing business. List of applications received through NSWS portal are also provided on CTU website. The applications are processed as per the prescribed timeline in CERC Regulations.

To facilitate applicants in proper understanding of Regulations and resolving various queries of the applicants, an advisory towards submission of applications is also provided on CTU website which is updated from time to time to incorporate new queries/clarifications.
